Shipping + Returns

Shipping Guidelines

Domestic Orders

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Please note that at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely in love with your Coastal Femme pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Window

All domestic returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and scanned by UPS within 7 days of initiating the return.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@coastalfemme.com with your order number.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with hangtags attached and packaged in original materials.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you requested an exchange, you will receive email confirmation once it has been processed.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for returns and exchanges to be completed after your return arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once everything has been finalized.
