Domestic Orders

All U.S. orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed.

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Please note that at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely in love with your Coastal Femme pieces. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  • All domestic returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery and scanned by UPS within 7 days of initiating the return.

  • To begin a return or exchange, email us at support@coastalfemme.com with your order number.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with hangtags attached and packaged in original materials.

  • All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If you requested an exchange, you will receive email confirmation once it has been processed.

Please allow 5–7 business days for returns and exchanges to be completed after the product arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation once everything has been finalized.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes. If you need to adjust your order, please email us at support@coastalfemme.com as soon as possible with your order number to request a cancellation. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

How do I check my order status?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If any item is backordered or canceled, you’ll receive a separate email notification.

What if my package is lost?

If your package is lost in transit, please email us atsupport@coastalfemme.com. We’ll file a claim with the courier and assist you right away.
Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct address provided at checkout—or was signed for—we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I return an item marked Final Sale?

Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. If a Final Sale item is returned to us, it will either be shipped back to you or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price matching or adjustments on items purchased before a markdown. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small, woman-owned business — it truly means the world to us. ‪‪❤︎‬
